The overview
The system distributes 20-litre barrels of paint into 250mL or 500mL QC tanks (up to 24 QC tanks mounted on a turntable), which are then covered and sealed by two separate modules within the system. Weigh each can to confirm its quality. The use of pressure tanks is also used to operate more viscous coatings to help maintain high flux.
Technical characteristics:
Weighing (the weight of the base paint assigned to the tank is ±0.5g)
Covering (simple pneumatic rotary cylinder and vacuum device for easy pick up and placement of cover)
Sealing (cover pressure seal to ensure seal)
Pressure vessel (continuous flow even with sticky paint)
Reduced risk of RSI (less manual handling of paint and large paint cans)
Rotary design (performing multiple actions simultaneously)
